Megan Baker joined Constance & Minton after serving for eight years as a federal prosecutor with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Missouri and as a county prosecutor with the Jackson County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.

She practices in the areas of estate planning, probate administration, elder law and small-business litigation. She is a member of the Missouri Bar.

Megan earned a B.S. from Truman State University and a J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. She is an active participant with the Association of Women Lawyers and volunteers with St. Michael the Archangel parish church and school.
